Like every garmet is unique, so is its price. If you provide us with the clothing item for a custom design, a stand alone service is calculated starting from our base rate, and is dependent on the intricacy of detail, paint coverage, and production time.

You are welcome to provide us with your own garments, however we also offer to outsource them with our service.

Every garment we provide is washproof (unless otherwise specified). Due to the vast amount of materials we work with, it is important to take note that each of our pieces come with varying aftercare instructions. As a rule of thumb, most of our garments can be washed by hand in a cold gentle wash with mild detergent. Please see the Aftercare page and product descriptions for more information.

Zigentala Customs are catered for an individual after a collaborative process between the client and our executive artist. Prices are dependent on the design. Zigentala Originals are designs that have been curated by us entirely, as a collection or stand alone piece. Original design prices are fixed to each garment and will not be negotiable. Every design created by Zigentala is handpainted, so regardless of it's 'custom' or 'original' label, all pieces are created as a unique item which will never be entirely replicated again.

We are a business that takes pride in producing one-off pieces, therefore fulfiling bulk orders does not align with our brand.

As we are just starting out, our ability to ship internationally is limited. If you are interested in our services please enquire with us about the possibility of getting an original or custom shipped to your country. We intend to expand our shipping services with our business, and appreciate your support and patience.
